A little about me...
Genevieve Moreno is a native Texan. Born and raised in San Antonio. Graduate of UT San Antonio. Moved straight to Austin after graduating from UTSA. She began her real estate journey in mortgage lending as an originator, processor and closer for mortgage and home equity loans.
After 13 years in the lending space, she was ready to transition to the frontlines and get her real estate license. Genevieve specializes in working with real estate investors, developers, assessing fix n flips, and new construction. Her immediate network includes designers, builders, contractors, renovation specialists, property managers, and creative lending specialists.
Genevieve is always looking to make new connections, expand her real estate knowledge, and maintain lasting partnerships. In her free time, Genevieve spends time with her spouse and 2 adorable dogs. She's a big sports fanatic, music lover, and goes to several sporting events and concerts every year.
