Eric started his real estate career in 2016 at a boutique brokerage in downtown Austin. There, his very first transaction was a multi-million-dollar lake house on Lake Travis. From there, it was only uphill, as the sky is the limit in his mind. In 2017, Eric became “Rookie of The Year”, surpassing the expectations of him and his colleagues.
In 2018, Eric left the firm to pursue his dream of running his own brokerage, Baemayr Realty Group, so he could serve his clients to the fullest of his abilities. In 2019, he was interviewed by students in the Harvard Business School, who were looking for experts to cite in a report for the transaction process of real estate sales in Texas.
Today, while still maintaining his single-family residential book of business, he works with several large-scale multi-family developers in locating and prospecting project sites for future development.
Eric believes that as a seasoned real estate professional, buying or selling real estate is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why he is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all his clients. He takes great pride in the relationships he builds and always works relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
His philosophy is simple: Clients come first. He pledges to be in constant communication with clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. He believes that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, he hasn’t done his job. He doesn’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of his clients.
